Identity
Your name, role and relationship with The Leaders Alchemy are not used publicly without explicit permission.
Confidentiality
Discretion is not an administrative courtesy. It is part of the methodology.
The principle
Private leadership work often touches information that cannot be separated neatly into “personal” and “professional.” The individual, the company, the family, the decision and the consequences may all be present at once. The standard of discretion must be equal to that reality.
What discretion protects
Your name, role and relationship with The Leaders Alchemy are not used publicly without explicit permission.
What is shared about your internal life, history, relationships and family is treated with professional discretion.
Company realities, team dynamics, financial context and non-public operational information remain private.
Decisions under consideration, including transition, succession, reputation and legacy, are not treated as public material.
Your presence in advisory, retreats, intensives or private fields is yours to disclose, not ours.
No public proof required
Clients are not named, photographed, tagged, quoted or featured without explicit permission. Silence is never interpreted as consent.
Field Notes protect the person inside the work. Identifying details are changed, and some accounts combine recurring patterns across engagements so no individual, company, family or private circumstance can be recognized. Initials may be invented.
Formal obligations
Specific confidentiality obligations are defined within the agreement governing each advisory relationship, retreat, intensive or private field.
NDAs may be used where the sensitivity of identity, information, intellectual property or strategic context requires additional protection.
No statement of confidentiality can responsibly promise secrecy without limit. Any legal, ethical or safety-related exceptions that apply are addressed within the relevant engagement terms.
Held privately
We do not borrow a client’s life to prove the depth of the work.
If the situation carries sensitive personal, strategic or reputational consequence, you may name that in your initial inquiry without disclosing more than feels appropriate.
